We understand that choosing the perfect item and size can be challenging. If you need help picking a size, please send us a live chat message with your height and measurements so we can help you find your best fit.

Depending on the availability, you can exchange your item or size if your order has not been fulfilled yet. Please note that once your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes to your order.


To request an exchange or refund, please email us at within 14 days of receiving your item. After this time period has passed, we will NOT accept any returns or exchanges.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 


Refunds will be sent in the form of STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please keep in mind that we do not cover the cost of shipping for returns, and we recommend using a shipping service with tracking and insurance in case of loss or damage. 


If you would like to exchange an item, the fastest way to do so is to request a return and make a separate purchase for the new item with the store credit you receive.

We do not exchange items unless the product you received was the incorrect item or defective. Please note that we do not accept exchanges for any personal reasons.


We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, so please inspect your items upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we want to make it right for you. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding that despite our utmost care, factory defects can sometimes occur.


Unfortunately, certain types of items cannot be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstance. Items that cannot be returned: sticky bras, bodysuits, lingerie, swimwear, or accessories. We also do not accept returns for any items bought during a promotion, sale, any clearance items or gift cards. 


Please keep in mind that once we've shipped your package, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur. We will make every effort to ensure that your package is delivered to you safely, but we cannot control unforeseen circumstances that may arise during shipping.

Please note that if the shipping address provided by you was correct on our end, and we shipped your order, we have fulfilled our responsibility. Any issues beyond that point, unfortunately, are beyond our control.

We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to minimize the risk of any potential loss or theft. This will allow you to keep an eye on your package's whereabouts and have peace of mind knowing that it is protected in case of any mishap during shipping.
