ORDER PROCESSING:
After you place your order, we will process it within 1 to 4 business days. If you place your order during the weekend, it will be fulfilled on the first or second business day of the following week. If you received your tracking number but no delivery date yet, that means we are in the process of packaging and shipping your order, and you will get an update soon.
PRE-ORDERS:
Pre-order means that the items are out of stock, but you can secure your item before they're available again. Your orders will be packaged and shipped as soon as the inventory arrives at our fulfilment center. If you have received a tracking number with no updates, it means that we've printed your shipping label and are waiting for your items to arrive. Address changes are allowed before we ship your package, please contact us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you.
SHIPPING AND TRACKING:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Shipping typically takes 7-15 days, but please note that external factors such as weather, courier delays, weekends, holidays, and customs can cause shipping delays beyond our control.
FREE SHIPPING:
We offer free shipping for orders over certain values, which may vary depending on your location. You can check the applicable threshold at checkout.
DELIVERY ADDRESS:
Please make sure to input your delivery address accurately during checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses. If you entered the wrong shipping address and your order has not been shipped yet, please contact us immediately so we can change it for you.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES:
Please keep in mind that once we've shipped your package, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or theft that may occur. We will make every effort to ensure that your package is delivered to you safely, but we cannot control unforeseen circumstances that may arise during shipping.
Please note that if the shipping address provided by you was correct on our end, and we shipped your order, we have fulfilled our responsibility. Any issues beyond that point, unfortunately, are beyond our control.
We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes tracking and insurance to minimize the risk of any potential loss or theft. This will allow you to keep an eye on your package's whereabouts and have peace of mind knowing that it is protected in case of any mishap during shipping.
